Power Surge

My submission to Kenney Jam 2025, with a theme of POWER

You are stuck in a city with no power.  You must harness the power of lightning to recharge the city.   Lightning strikes power cells littered over the city.  You must transfer that power from the power cell to your car and from your car to city grid.

Can you restore the power before the time runs out?
